Hidden agenda? Bongbong wanted Ninoy's case investigated but Noynoy refused

Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. wanted to have the case of late Senator Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino, however, according to a source, it was former President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III who claimed such was no longer necessary, with the family having forgiven the incident.

The Facebook page PSSAP Underground Media shared a video interview from the Global News Network where the story was reported.

Aquino one of the most vocal critics of the late strongman Marcos, and was killed on the tarmac at the then Manila International Airport. He was shot while being escorted outside the aircraft by several soldiers.

"Nakakahilo na yung pinagbibintangan yung anak ay naghihingi ng pagbukas ng panibagong imbestigasyon samantalang yung anak ng biktima supposedly hindi na interesado."

In the post it was added, "The fact that despite 12 years Ninoy’s widow Corazon Aquino and his son Benigno Aquino III wielded the tremendous powers of a Philippine president, they did NOTHING to unmask the murders’ brains."

The interviewee in the commentary added that the Aquinos should be treated as the heroes they claim to be, having sold properties of the country.

The incidents cited were President Corazon Aquino's selling of the government's PHILSECO and BASECO to private entities, and the transfer of ownership of the copper cementer of the country to the Japanese.

In the video was also shown reports of the death of one witness who claimed forward and pinned Aquino's death on Eduardo Cojuangco, Corazon Aquino's first cousin.

Dead was Pablo Martirez, who was hit by an SUV while biking in SM Mall of Asia.

Martirez pinned the assassination of Ninoy on Danding and his family is not ruling out foul play on his death.

Throughout the years, the theory that Danding and Cory plotted the death of Ninoy has spread.

Danding himself and the Aquinos' daughter Kris have denied the allegation.

Meanwhile,Senator Bongbong Marcos is firm on his belief that his father had nothing to do with the killing of the senator he treated as a colleague.

The younger Marcos recalled that he and his family were having lunch when his father received a phone call informing him of Aquino's murder.

"Pagbalik, sabi niya, 'pag-uwi ni Ninoy, binaril siya.' Yun. Yun lang ang pinagusapan namin," he said.

"Eh kasama niya sa Senado yun eh. Kahit na sila ay magkatunggali, never naman umabot sa ganyan. Siyempre magdedebate sila, kung anuman, naguusap sila, pero hindi ganyan. Parang hindi ako makapaniwala. Wala akong nakikita na magsasabi siya ang nag-utos," he added.
