Kilalanin Si Cloe Barretto Ang Bangong Pantasya Ng Bayan

When launching a sexy star, there are two things the audience watch out for — can she do the sexy scenes with aplomb? And will she give an acting worth the praise?

Cloe Barreto is every inch a star in her launching film “Silab” from 3:16 Productions. And if there’s one thing that Cloe will always remember about her launching film, it’s her bonding with film director Joel Lamangan.

“We have a happy set. Every shooting day is a bonding day. I enjoyed working with direk Joel,” said Cloe of her director whom she first worked with in “Anak ng Macho Dancer.”

The aspiring young actress is having a grand time as she awaits the release of her launching film. While she has always dreamed of becoming an actress even as a young girl, it is only now that she’s taking it seriously and wants to make acting a career.

“I can’t say if I will be acting forever but for now, I want to make good in my acting career and hopefully, be recognized as a good actress.”

Among her screen idols are Jaclyn Jose, John Lloyd Cruz, Jason Abalos and Piolo Pascual.

Even if she’s an acting newbie, Cloe was able to impress direk Joel Lamangan who said that she reminds her of the young Jaclyn Jose.

Cloe is sexy and daring in “Silab,” where she is paired with Jason Abalos and newbie Marco Paulo Gomez. Will she allow her parents to watch “Silab?”

“I am really not so sure yet but Mama and Papa said they will support me in whatever I will do but I am still thinking if I will invite them to watch Silab because I did sexy scenes in the film. I don’t know how they would react to the sexy scenes.”

But she expressed excitement to watch “Silab” on the big screen. Unfortunately, the pandemic prevents large gatherings that’s why cinemas remain close up to now.

Cloe said she believes she did well in her role because she put her full trust to her director. So even if she had to do sexy scenes, she had no qualms doing them because she knows her director is there to guide her.

Although the role she played was quite challenging for a newcomer, Cloe gave her best because she enjoyed what she’s doing. “There were scenes that we’re quite difficult to do but I gave it my best because I know that is expected of me since this is my launching film.”
